On September 1st, 2011 Father Frank was received into the North American Old Catholic Church and received faculties to exercise his priestly ministry from Archbishop Michael V. Seneco, Presiding Bishop in Washington, DC. Father Frank is also a monk of the Old Catholic Benedictines of the Resurrection under their guidance of Bishop Bernard Sheffield, OSB who lives in Port St Lucie, Florida.
